I had a very good experience at The White Lion. The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable, featuring a huge bed that provided an excellent night's sleep. The bar area and outdoor space were enjoyable, with a good selection of real ales. The meal we had on the second night was well-presented and very tasty. The staff were attentive and friendly, which contributed positively to our stay.
